We have been supplying portable toilets for hire to the construction and events industry from our base in Chelmsford, Essex for over 10 years and are now looking to recruit additional service drivers for based in Chelmsford.
Due to steady growth and recommendations by our existing customers we are keen to take on extra, additional service drivers and driver cleaners to cover toilet cleaning and servicing routes in London, Essex and the Home Counties to assist us in our steady expansion and would like to hear from anyone looking for driver jobs Chelmsford,
As a service driver or driver cleaner your role is very important to us and we need to have reliable and hard working individuals who have a good working knowledge of our coverage area as you will be required to route your own work on a daily basis to make sure service jobs and portable toilet cleans are carried out in the most efficient way.
You will also be required to be available for overtime at short notice on both evenings and weekends to make sure we meet the company’s workload and customer demands especially during the busy summer months, however the will be paid at an overtime rate.
Service driver or driver cleaner hours are typically 6am start with a 4pm finish Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch, we do require your vehicle to be prepared at the end of every day ready for the next day so we are out of the depot and on the road at 6am. It is also the drivers responsibility to carry out standard vehicle checks everyone morning to satisfy that the vehicle is road legal with any problems or potential issues reported to management immediately.
All our drivers are backed up but an efficient office team where we all work together to ensure our customers needs are met and exceeded when it comes to portable toilet hire and liquid waste disposal in London, Essex and the Home Counties with all vehicles equipped with the latest satellite navigation and tracking software.
Although satellite navigation systems are provided a good working knowledge of London, Essex and the Home Counties is required as is the ability to map read the old fashioned way should any sat navs fail.
