Whether you’ve got a portable toilet or a welfare unit on hire from us, we’re here to make your hire experience as hassle-free as possible. Although we have the largest fleet of on hire toilets and welfare nationwide, we do service toilets and welfare facilities for other suppliers, we know how vital each individual rental is for you so aim to make things easy and straight forward.
Did you know?
Your onsite teams can save time and avoid calling and waiting on the phone by simply scanning the “NEED A SERVICE” QR Code located inside your toilet or welfare unit. This allows for quick support directly from your mobile phone!
Step 1
Open your camera and point it at the QR code which will direct you to an easy fill form.
Step 2
Pick what you need help with: Service Request, Collection ETA, Repair Request or Other.
Step 3
Enter your location’s postcode and, if you’d like us to call you back, your phone number too.
We aim to respond to “NEED A SERVICE” support scans within one hour via call, text, or email. Please note weekend scans will be responded to Monday.

Toilet Servicing
Make sure there's a clear path to your euroloo for servicing and collection, as per your terms of hire.
Health & Safety
H.S.E recommend one toilet for every seven people working a 40-hour week. Need more? Just let us know.
End of Hire
Please give us 7 days’ notice before you have finished with your toilet so we can schedule collection.
Loyalty Reward
Book a new hire within 28 days of hiring your last then as a thank you from us you'll receive FREE delivery.
Site Access
If your site or euroloo is locked up, to avoid service disruptions share the access details with us.
