We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team based in Chelmsford. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn or build on their customer service skills in a busy hands on environment.
As one of our Customer Service Advisors you will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Β· Responding to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of channels including, phone, email, web, and internal systems
Β· Work closely with the transport planners in order to ensure customers are getting the service they have been promised
Β· Provide clear and concise responses to all enquiries and ensure all information given is correct and accurate
Β· Resolve customer issues in a timely manner or where necessary escalate issues following an internal process to get the best resolution for the customer
Β· Provide reactive and proactive support to increase customer retention
Β· Manage and resolve issues raised via our case management system
Β· Ensure all missed calls are called back
Β· Provide ETAs and servicing history to customers when requested
