The Requirement
Hydrock needed a reliable and eco-friendly welfare solution to ensure their workforce had access to essential amenities on-site. Traditional diesel-powered units resulted in high fuel costs and carbon emissions, so they sought a sustainable alternative that would enhance employee comfort while minimising their environmental footprint.
The Solution
Hydrock partnered with ecowelfare to install two 12ft fully solar-powered welfare units. Each unit featured a canteen for meal preparation and breaks, along with two toilets to maintain hygiene standards. These welfare units eliminated reliance on diesel, offering a cost-effective, environmentally friendly solution while ensuring staff had a comfortable and efficient workspace.
