As we do every week, we like to keep our customers and avid followers informed and up to date with what we’ve been up to and this week in particular has been a very busy one indeed from disabled access unit hire to requests for portable loo frames allowing a crane to shift the toilet from one floor to the next.
London Southend Airport recently played host to an airshow event and euroloo were asked to provide disabled access toilet hire. It’s amazing how one small thing can make all the difference as we received great feedback regarding our portable toilet hire and how it was well received by those who needed it most.
Our emergency toilet hire services were once again called into action as a fire broke out in a mosque in Morden, South London. The blaze that broke out attacked the mosque (said to be the largest mosque in western Europe) and required around 70 firefighters to tackle it. The London Fire Brigade released information stating that the administration building was very badly damaged, however the mosque itself escaped damage free. Sadly, a man was taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation with thirty others managing to escape when the alarm was finally raised. Around 50% of the entire building’s ground floor was damaged along with an area on the first floor and a small section of the roof. With the crews working hard for an extended period of time, amenities were essential and as we’re the contracted suppliers, we provided them with the necessary chemical toilets for the amount of staff on hand. We’ve since heard that two young teenagers were arrested on suspicion of arson and remain in police custody at a south London police station.
When it comes to providing cheap portable loo hire, our jobs take us on many a journey and it’s often on these journeys that we come across building and construction sites without the necessary amenities. Due to the current legislation involved, we try our best to keep people informed. This week we happened to notice a construction site not far from our own offices in Essex, which had builders on site and a distinct lack of toilets. We gave their company a call but to no avail. We did however leave a message offering our services. Not only will hiring a portable loo for your construction site keep you on the right side of the law but it’ll also keep productivity levels up along with staff moral. Want to prevent your labourers wandering off site to find a toilet, then provide them with one from euroloo.
Our most memorable customer this week has to be the customer requiring a chemical toilet for site use that could be used on different levels with the help of a crane. In order to help as best we could, we provided them with a chemical site toilet and a frame allowing it to be lifted. We were only too happy to help and were extra pleased to know that it was just what they were looking for.
