With the New Year upon us, many of you will be making new years resolutions and here at euroloo, we’d like to make that resolution a promise to get your event toilet hire checklist in order. To make things easier, we’ve decided to give you a little helping hand so get your pens at the ready, you’re going to want to take some notes!
First things first, you’re going to want to get a good idea of just what you want this event to offer. What experience are you looking to offer? Will it have a luxury tone or practical perhaps? By giving us an idea of the tone of the event, we’ll be able to get things going by deciding on the type of portable toilets you’ll want to start looking at because whether it’s a wedding, a festivial, a marathon or any other sort of sporting event, we’ve got it covered with our event toilet hire services.
Next you’ll want to take a look at the number of people attending your event. This has a big effect on the amount of toilets you’ll be needing. If it’s a case of ticket only then you’ll be able to give over a nice acurate number. If not, then as close an estimate as possible will do but that’s not all. You’ll also need to consider just how long your event will be taking place for. The longer the event and the more people you have attending, the more toilets you’ll need.
Here’s another factor that most don’t consider…outside temperature. This is a particularly important area that needs taking into consideration for the simple fact; the warmer it is outside the more toilets you’ll need. The reason for this can be explained with a rather simple equation below…
The warmer the weather – the more drinks people consume – the more trips to the loo people need.
It really is that simple although some would argue the colder it is, the more hot tea and coffee people drink which could have an equally toilet-tastic affect. In this instance, we’ll happily advise you from years of previous experience but in order to help us, it’s best to give us a rough idea of what the weather is expected to be like.
You should also consider food and beverage availability. If your event will be making food and beverages easily accessible then you can bet your guests will consume a lot more than usual and subsequently pay a lot more visits to the toilets too. By paying attention to your food and beverage schedule, if it’s staggered or simply available all the time then you’ll need to ensure there’ll be enough units to meet peak times.
Last but by no means least when considering your event toilet hire, you’ll need to consider special needs requirements. Will your guests include families with seniors or those with a disability? Will they include babies and/or small children? If you answer yes to any of these then you’ll also need to consider changing tables along with wheelchair acssessible toilets.
