The standard size Vacuum Tankers that will attend your home or business premises for both domestic and commercial septic tank emptying will be 3,000 gallons and weigh around 28 tons.  With this tanker the driver will need to be able to get the tanker easily, safely unrestricted into a position on level hard standing within 30 metres (25 metres in Scotland) or 90 ft of the actual tank lid to be emptied with our suction pipes.

If your septic tank is further than 30 metres (25 metres in Scotland) from where we can safely park the tanker we will need advance warning as we only carry 30 metres (25 metres in Scotland) of pipework as standard on tankers.  However if prior notice is given that additional pipework is required and is shown on your order confirmation we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate this but only in England, we regret that we are unable to do this in Scotland at this time.

Important Note

Please note that at this time of year we will not drive across grass lawns or fields to access tanks, we need to be on hard standing as our vehicles are around 28 tons with details of approximate.

Whilst every effort will be made by the tanker driver to access your septic tank to empty we always rely on the driver to make any decision with regards to access and you agree with us that the drivers decision on access is final as they are best placed to make a sensible and safe decision. Please note whilst we make every effort to empty your tank with our tankers, if we have not attended your property or premises before we are relying on your information regarding access and need you as the customer to accept the drivers decisions as final.

If you are at all unsure regarding the access of your tank by our sewage tankers please make sure you advise us in writing of any issue before we arrive so as to avoid any chargeable abortive visit.
