Despite telling you all about the Christmas and New Year shut down period, here at euroloo, we still managed to have a very busy festive season with previous jobs that had been booked in.
It actually began a little prior to Christmas with Wealdstone Football Club looking for portable toilet hire. This was for their home match against Hemel Hempstead that was to take place on Boxing Day and as always, organisations such as this are always on the more organised side. Wealdstone Football Club preempted a larger than normal crowd and as such they needed some event toilets for fans to use at the game. Of course, we were only too happy to help and delivered them in plenty of time.
You might be surprised to hear too that we actually had a lot of portable toilet hire booked in for over the Christmas and New Year period itself, in a great number of towns too. The reason, you ask? It didn’t have anything to do with building sites, emergency hire needed or even any Christmas events. For the most part, many customers simply chose to hire a portable toilet from us here at euroloo to cater for the extra family members that would inevitably visit. This meant instead of their great aunts and grandmas forming an orderly queue on the landing, everyone could use the toilet as and when they needed. From the feedback we had on collections, it proved a very useful tool too.
As anyone will tell you, Christmas and New Year in London is always a super busy time of year. From Londoners taking time off work to visit their city to people enjoying all the capital has to offer on their Christmas vacation, it gets pretty packed. This is no doubt why Camden Council decided to contact us in order to arrange portable toilet hire for the Christmas period. We’ve worked with Camden Council before, supplying them with the same units and due to receiving such good service, they made sure to come back to us. They hired urinal units specifically in order to cater for the crowds passing through Camden on Christmas Eve all the way through to New Years. This meant no unsightly urinating in the streets as urinals were conveniently there ready. This wasn’t all however, as Camden Council also hired another four urinal units along with four of our event toilets to be placed in Primrose Hill Park on New Year’s Eve. This was to cater for the large crowds that were expected to arrive to see in the New Year in such an iconic area of London. Of course we were only too happy to supply the urinal units and event toilets.
Christmas and New Year are now firmly out of the way but the busy period doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of stopping and for that, we simply can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store for us here at euroloo Ltd.
