We have introduced a depot-wide QR code sticker campaign. These handy QR codes are placed inside every toilet (except for event toilets), allowing customers to scan and submit service requests with just a few taps on their phones.
How It Works
The process is simple:
- Scan the QR Code: Customers scan the code using their smartphone.
- Fill Out the Form: A quick online form appears for them to detail their service request.
- Submit: Once submitted, our team takes it from there, ensuring swift action.

QR Sticker Placement
To ensure consistency and usability, stickers are placed:
- 1 inch in from the bottom and right side inside the toilet.
This clear positioning makes the QR code easy to spot and use.
