As ever our portable toilet hire company has been super busy but this past week has proven a little more varied than your average day at the euroloo office. From Moscow to miniature railways, we’ve seen it all. You may have seen a show advertised recently called the Moscow State Circus. It’s been held daily at the O2 in London. The stage show, based on the Russian folklore story of Cvetik-Semicvetik, was a very successful production with people turning out in their thousands. Despite them having their very own toilet wagon facilities, the production company were still in a pickle when it came to emptying the tank which is where our expertise came in very handy indeed. euroloo were on hand to empty the under tank for them on a daily basis which not only prevented issues arising with their toilet facilities but also abled them to carry on with the show, hassle free.
Audley End Miniature Railway in Essex is another regular customer making use of our event toilets for hire, especially when it comes to their miniature railway. Audley End are incredibly well organised and regularly book euroloo portable toilets for all events however, on this one occasion, sanitation facilities seemed to have slipped their mind. We received a somewhat anxious phone call explaining what had happened and upon making us aware of the imminent event, we quickly got to work. With a turn of the van keys and a foot to the floor, we set out almost immediately to come to the rescue. euroloo managed to provide toilets in their Saffrom Walden site the very same, allowing all those who had turned out to the miniature railway event to enjoy to the max.
euroloo aren’t just successful because of quality products, we also happen to put a lot of effort into our customer service. This can quite clearly be seen with customers such as Audley End but we’re just as willing to go that extra step for new customers too. Most recently we have a new customer calling to discuss his own toilet unit. Although he wasn’t in need of portable toilet hire himself, he did need help with servicing and the safe removal of effluent. As always, we did our very best to get everything done, quickly and efficiently. We booked him in at 5pm and managed to complete the job first thing the following morning. Not only did this make it a hassle free experience for the customers themselves, but also meant the scout camp in which the toilet facilities were located, could be opened without a worry.
