We always advise our customers that access is left to the drivers discretion on site.
Especially this time of year access to many septic tanks for our customers can be tricky as most tanks are located in grassy areas which can become water logged or difficult to access without service vehicles and sewage tankers.
In these instances we have to advise our customers, both domestic and commercial, that we leave the access of such tanks or toilets to the total discretion of the driver who is the experienced person on site at the time and respect that their decision is final.
Some of the problems with wet or uneven ground can be clearly witnessed here in the recent video of the Australian Prime Minster, Julia Gillard who herself had an unfortunate accident on the grass.
