Founded in 2006, Steph Phillips initially started as a traditional estate agent, servicing private tenants and landlords in north London. In 2009, they identified a need for quality housing for local authorities, housing associations and charities in the private sector. They subsequential switched their focus, approaching various organisations about their requirements and building properties to help them meet the high demand for accommodation, particularly for the homeless.
Stef Philips originally contacted euroloo to provide short term commercial toilet facilities on a single, as we were able to assist and deliver within a couple of hours, they then approached us to discuss supplying their Nationwide site toilet requirements which is just not possible for any other toilet hire provider in the UK to cater for.
Following an initial brief from the buying team at Stef Philips their account was passed to our National Accounts team and assigned an Account Manager who successfully managed their existing and ongoing hires giving them a single point of contact for all their portable toilet hire requirements anywhere I the UK. This ultimately led to a huge reduction in time as previously they would be trying to source multiple suppliers across the country, open accounts and manage a variety of different supplier hire processes – now, with euroloo, it’s as easy as one email and everything is taken care.
