We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our head office hire and sales team in Chelmsford.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a growing company, work within a friendly and supportive team, and build a career in the hire industry.
Taking inbound phone enquiries from prospective and existing customers
Liaising with customers via phone, email and messaging systems
Following up leads and helping convert enquiries into confirmed orders
Inputting, processing and managing hire and sales orders through our CRM and hire management systems
Working towards individual and team hire and sales targets
Previous hire desk, office or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong communication skills
Be organised and able to multitask
Be able to use their own initiative
Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team

We are looking for a reliable Service Driver to join our service team based in Reading.
This role involves servicing portable toilets and welfare facilities across customer sites throughout the region. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential.
You will be working as part of a friendly depot team while managing your own daily service route and providing reliable support to our customers.
The role covers sites across the following areas:
Bracknell, Marlow, Guildford, Aldershot, Basingstoke, Thatcham, Andover, Marlborough, Slough, Woking, Abingdon, Twickenham and Kingston.
Driving a 3.5 tonne Transit or Sprinter-type service vehicle to and from customer sites
Daily cleaning and emptying of plastic portable toilets and welfare facilities on customer sites
Loading, delivering, collecting and unloading portable toilets
Assisting in the cleaning and maintenance of depot toilet stock to ensure availability
Carrying out daily checks of your service vehicle and equipment to ensure road safety and company compliance
The ideal candidate will:
Be able to work independently throughout the day while also being part of a depot team
Have good communication skills, as you will represent the company when visiting customer sites
Be reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions throughout the year
Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Towing or trailer experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Due to the depot location in Theale, Reading (RG7 4GZ), your own transport to and from work is essential.
