A Look Back At 2015 For euroloo

A Look Back At 2015 For euroloo

What’s the construction output in 2020 compared to 2015

As we near the end of 2015, it’s almost impossible to not look back on the year we’ve had and what we’ve been up to here at euroloo. As always it’s been a pretty incredible year and we can’t help but think 2016 can only get better. On top of looking at our own achievements as a company, we also like to take a peek at the construction industry itself, as we’re so heavily involved in all aspects of it.

For the construction industry, 2015 has been the year for change. There have been some significant legal changes recently that have impacted workplace health and safety including revised regulations. These came in to force back in early April and cover everything from design and management to operational issues. The new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 have broadly maintained the usual set of requirements that were first brought in in 1995 and later amended. The current regulation adjustments have been aimed at preventing accidents and ill health wherever there’s construction work taking place. This has meant that under new CDM rules, a health and safety file is required for projects with more than one contractor. The initial designer is also the one responsible for preparing, reviewing and subsequently updating the file as the project goes on.

Aside from changes in the construction industry, something that obviously affects us greatly, there have also been some rather great moments here at euroloo Ltd too.

Something that’s given us great pleasure this year has been sponsoring two professional Boxers in the form of Isaac Lowe and Jake Ball. Not only are we big boxing fans here at euroloo, but we’re also fans of hard work and there’s nothing we like to see more than an athlete doing their utmost to become the best in their field. Watching Isaac and Jake train and fight has been fantastic and we can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store for them.

Another rather pinnacle point in our year has been working with the Co-Operative group. We’re now nationwide suppliers to the food store providing them with all of their portable toilet hire needs up and down the country. This is one such contract that takes us up and down the country, testament to the fact that no matter where you are in the UK, euroloo can provide you with exactly what you need, when you need it.

Of course, 2015 simply wouldn’t be what it is without the excitement that’s been had working alongside the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority. 2015 has been our first year in a three year contract and what a year it’s been. We’ve provided emergency portable toilet hire for all manner of incidents and even training all over London whenever needed. Our 24/7 service has been a huge success and one we’ve been extremely proud of. We can’t wait to venture into 2016 alongside one of our biggest emergency services and see what the New Year has in store for us.

So from all of us here at euroloo, we wish you a Happy New Year! May you have a fantastic evening celebrating and we look forward to seeing you in 2016!
