Due to continued planned growth we have multiple vacancies for Service Team Drivers covering London and the Home Counties.

If you would like to become a valued member of a friendly growing service team where you will receive continuous stable employment then we are keen to hear from you.

For this position no experience is necessary as full accredited training will be provided.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Driving a 3500kg Transit / Sprinter type service vehicle.
  • Cleaning and emptying of plastic portable toilets and welfare facilities on customer sites.
  • Loading, delivering, collecting and unloading of plastic portable toilets.
  • Daily checking of your service vehicle and equipment to ensure road safety and company compliance.

About you:

  • Must be able to work on your own throughout the day but also as part of a team of service drivers at the start and finish of each day.
  • Must have good communication skills as you will be the face of the company when delivering, cleaning, emptying and collecting toilets from customers.
  • Must have a Full UK Driving licence with a min of 2 years driving experience.
  • Must be willing to work in all weather’s throughout the year due to the nature of company business.
  • Must have your own transport to and from work due to depot location (CM2 7TA).

JOB DESCRIPTION: DEVELOPER – WEB & DIGITAL PLATFORMS

Reports to:                  Managing Director

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. WEB DEVELOPMENT

1.1 Design, code and modify, from layout to implementation, new websites and upgrades to existing websites.

1.2 Maintain existing website deployments and develop new features to existing website applications.

1.3 Maintain website hosting/domains.

  1. OTHER DEVELOPMENT

2.1 Advise on digital platform architecture.

2.2 Manage and maintain other applications such as webchat etc.

2.3 Develop, configure and maintain API and other interface/Integrations between digital platforms and applications.

2.4 Develop reporting and utilities in and between the companies hire contract management system and other applications.

  1. ONLINE ADVERTISING AND SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION.

3.1 Manage the company’s online advertising accounts to agreed budgets.

3.2 Analyse, develop and optimise the search terms and rankings.

3.3 Report on performance and results.

  1. SOCIAL MEDIA.

4.1 Maintain and monitor social media platforms and develop the company’s social media presence as agreed.

  1. OTHER.

5.1 Other duties and projects as may be reasonably be required.

  1. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
  2. Research latest technology and web techniques relevant to the company’s digital platforms, processes and sales and marketing strategies.

OVERVIEW: Sales Management covering sales and business development to targets, managing and motivating our sales team and working with the Managing Director to continue revenue growth and profitability.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SALES

KEY GOAL – ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS

1.1. Assess and set performance targets for sales productivity, process and quality, in line with company sales targets, budgets and forecasts.

1.2. Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver performance standards and exceed targets.

1.3. Manage CRM and prospect journeys/conversion within Salesforce.

1.4. Assess and recruit sales team members as and when required.

1.5. Conduct sales team performance reviews and develop training plans.

1.6. Develop lead conversion and sales/contract processing methods/processes to optimise user experience and relationship management.

1.7. Analyse and report KPI and results compared to targets and forecasts.
